Gymnasts should be dressed in their competition leotard, leggings, jacket and have their backpack with a water bottle. 

Please have a full water bottle, hair ties, hair brush, grips, lip balm, a change of clothes (optional), bar grips, and anything else your gymnast may want.

Please ensure gymnasts are at the venue at least 30 mins before their assigned session time. Coordinators will also help communicate any changes to the meet or session times.

Pledges and Invoices are items sent out by WGBA and should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Treasurer at WGBATreasurer@yahoo.com.

Monthly auto draft is an item from WGC and comments or concerns should be directed to the gym at Team@WichitaGym.com.

As a non-profit, we don't have many ways to offset the fees that we incur to accept these payments. We encourage parents to pay with cash or check to help avoid these fees.

Visit our fundraising pages for more details. The basic requirement to work these venues is to be 18 years of age and complete a ServSafe alcohol training class and test.

There really is no limit! Many parents have earned enough fundraising to cover all their apparel, meets and have money left over to reimburse themselves for eligible expense. Fundraising is a great source of funding to offset the out of pocket cost to a parent!
